| The Role of an MBA |
|
An MBA will join MMG Partners as a Principal.
MMG Partners is looking for MBA students who possess attributes central to our company
culture and to consulting: outgoing personality, intrinsic intelligence, common
sense, and a positive attitude. The candidate also needs to recognize the unique
needs of a newly established firm, where roles have to be flexible and where
adaptability and calmness under fire are the order of the day.
Principals are expected to gain a strong foundation in business and industry
knowledge, develop a consultant toolkit ranging from basic analysis to team and
client management, and work independently as well as within a team setting. As a
Principal, you will be expected to lead teams and manage projects independently
within a short period of time (typically up to 6 months). Accepting personal
responsibility, demonstrating integrity, maintaining a realistic appreciation of
what is possible and what is conceptual, and enjoying the process to the fullest
are expected of our consultants.
